A new series of Don Binney prints - the first prints published for many years of this artist's work are now available to purchase. Don Binney (1940 - 2012 ) attended the Auckland University School of Fine Arts from 1958-1961, holding his first exhibition two years later. At first his paintings were dominated by his characteristic birds, outlined in black and flying over abstract landscapes; later in his career the landscapes became more important, but Binney's work is instantly recognisable by its clarity of line and light, and definition of colour.
