Here is the collection of prints by Fane Flaws that are currently still available, please note there may now be just one or two of any title left, we probably can't supply larger quantities. Fane Flaws (1951 - 2021) graduated from Wellington Polytechnic with a Diploma in Graphic Design in 1971. Flaws spent the next 13 years in the music industry - touring with the multimedia circus that was BLERTA as resident poster artist, guitarist and songwriter for much of this time. Flaws directed music videos for well-known New Zealand musicians such as Jenny Morris and Dave Dobbyn before returning to painting with his first solo exhibition in 1984. It was also around this time that he created his first (and most famous) animation - the opening titles for "Radio With Pictures". Fane won numerous awards for design and directing including three Gold Axis NZ advertising awards. Fane Flaws' prints are a delightful expression of his multi-faceted artistic talents and we are delighted to stock an excellent range of original screenprints and intron prints from an artist who has played such an important role in the evolution of contemporary New Zealand music, art and design.
