Julie Greig Prints

NZ Fine Prints stock all prints that are still available of paintings by contemporary NZ artist Julie Greig. In August 2019 Greig did not renew her publishing contract with her distributor so many titles that we stocked previously are now sold out/discontinued and we only have stock of prints shown here - these are mainly the prints that were offset (not short run digital or print on demand as these have sold out already). NB: there are no longer any of her paintings available as prints on canvas. Julie's artworks have been exhibited at galleries throughout New Zealand (in earlier years under the name of Julie McCormack) and she is well known as an equestrian portrait artist. Julie has developed a realist style covering a range of subjects. She enjoys working in pastel best of all. Her rendering of hair and fur textures invites the viewer to imagine running their fingers through, or stroking the animal. As we all know, the eyes are the mirror of the soul, and these are so clearly defined in Julie's art that we would expect the subject to leap from the frame! She aims to suggest a sense of mood, or drama into her work.
