Sean McDonnell

Sean McDonnell studied at Elam school of fine arts graduating in 2001. Based at Bayly's Beach near Dargaville McDonnell is painting nature every day and is inspired by the ever changing moods of the West Coast. McDonnell has had a number of solo and group shows in New Zealand and internationally. His first screenprint release was of a spectacular sunset at Bayly's Beach, and this has now been followed up by further prints in his "sunset" series as well as a restrained black and white intaglio print of the New Zealand native bush.
