Maryanne Shearman (nee Thomsen) Prints

Prints for sale by New Zealand painter Maryanne Shearman (published under her maiden name, Maryanne Thomsen) winner of the 2024 Adam Portraiture Award. All Maryanne's prints are signed and numbered by the artist. Shearman was born in Lower Hutt but is now based in the Taranaki and writes of her art practice "Deeply drawn to the history and metaphors of the whenua, I seek to capture the physical with pedantic accuracy, while still allowing the spirit of the place or creature to carry through."
