From Miro’s constellation series, the original painting was gifted to his wife by the artist. Painted during his family’s flight from France after the outbreak of World War II, he wrote “I felt a deep desire to flee. I shut myself deliberately. The night, music and the stars began to play a role in my painting.” Printed in Italy, a superb quality fine art reproduction.
