Sarah loves the textures and colourful layers of the NZ cafe interior - home of the world's best coffee, the "flat white". Based on Frederick St Cafe in Wellington but captures the essence of New Zealand's thriving cafe scene and while busy creating the artwork on location Sarah adds “the food was also delicious”.
