One of our favourite New Zealand botanical prints, a profusion of native NZ plants and berries in a colourful arrangement that is both scientifically accurate and picturesque. You can sense the painters enjoyment and appreciation of NZ flora, something that must have been relatively unusual for the 19th century but that we take for granted today. This print is a modern re-print printed in NZ on fine Italian Tintoretto paper stock of an original vintage botanical painting completed by Featon for the “Art Album of NZ Flora”
