Designed by Maurice Poulton (1909 - 1983) this poster was originally issued by the NZ Government Tourism Department in 1936. The poster features a fisherman wearing waders casting for trout and advertises NZ “for the world’s best sport”. The original vintage poster has been re-issued very close to the original size using extremely lightfast inks printed onto superb antique style paper. It has been framed with a simple black wooden frame with glass to protect the surface of the print and is ready to hang with hanging wire on the back of the frame.
