Birdsong II will not just be an attractive piece of art for your room - its intention is to remind the viewer to slow down and develop your awareness. As Sam explains “Time has always been an underlying idea in my practice. The idea of Birdsong is to listen to time which is now. The symphony of the bird is always a constant but to listen you need to bring the mind to a state of relaxation. The idea of ‘Birdsong ll’ is to take you there.”
