In this 2014 painting Dale re-visited the scene of an earlier artwork, this time the autumnal trees are depicted in the foreground with their form and colour reflecting in the waters of Lake Pukaki, the majesty of NZ’s tallest mountain (Mt Cook/Aoraki) in the background. The original painting has been scanned at a very high resolution to create an incredibly detailed canvas print, delivered either ready to hang (stretched around a wooden frame) or carefully rolled in a bullet-proof large diameter mailing tube.
