One of Sydney’s best loved paintings, the demolition of Waipiata railway station was a unique opportunity to paint this almost surreal scene of the facade of the building opening up to the landscape behind it rather than into the darkened internal rooms of the station.  Update: The print of Demolition at Waipiata has sold out and Grahame is no longer re-printing titles once the print run has gone.
